The Challenge

As a younger website in a competitive keyword market, Veriipro was struggling to get any kind of brand visibility and traffic.

With a powerful and rich catalog of available job listings, Veriipro was unable to leverage these pages to appear on an exponentially great number of keyword searches. Our goal was to find ways to tap into this content and start collecting more job applicants.

Step 1

Focusing on fixing up the hygiene of the site.

Overall, the site had a number of mission critical fixes that needed to be made. From optimizing the sitemap to re-structuring the architecture, we made sure to reset the site so that everything was formatted correctly.

Step 2

Creating individual schema codes for every job listing.

The next goal was to start getting brand visibility and clicks from Google’s job listing feature. To do this, it was critical that we had unique schema codes applied to every job listing page we had. This meant developing an automated strategy.

Growing topical authority through high quality blogs.

In order to both support the amount of traffic we were collecting from top-of-funnel keywords and to continuously grow our topical authority, we’ve helped write high-quality articles on all matters IT recruitment.
