Quad Recruitment had built a strong digital foothold in the UK and was now ready to take on the US market and needed a comprehensive keyword strategy to take it on.

Step 1

Focusing on identifying and building a winning strategy.

The first thing we did was discover what kinds of keywords and opportunities there were in the US. This meant exploring all of the new landing and blog pages that we would want to create to expand our reach.

Step 2

Creating state and city job listing pages.

One of our first initiatives was to create a programmatic set of city and state based pages that would let us target a lot of the location-based keywords. From there, we focused on many of the pharmacy and medical related keywords that were specific to the US.

Step 3

Scaling into additional medical recruitment verticals.

Once we had successfully dominated the pharmacy recruitment landscape, it was time to scale into new healthcare staffing verticals including optometry, dentistry, and veterinary.
